Our client is a major player in the media and creator economy space, focused on driving significant U.S. revenue through strategic brand sales and partnerships. They specialize in securing new business across sectors like children’s media, educational products, and family-oriented services, collaborating with internal studios to shape branded content. They are currently in search for their first Sales Director to lead their U.S. Expansion efforts. This role offers significant upward potential for a commercially minded, sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Description

Drive U.S. revenue growth and manage P&L responsibility through strategic brand sales and partnerships, with a target of achieving $2M in new contracts by month 12.

Establish and maintain key relationships across media and creative advertising agencies focusing on securing new business in areas like children’s media, educational products, and family-oriented services.

Contribute to the Commercial Unit sales strategy, accelerate the development of brand partnership services, and collaborate with internal studios and account management to shape branded content production.

Requirements

6-10+ Years of experience selling within the digital media, creator economy, influencer marketing, or adjacent fields with a deep understanding of how this ecosystem operates.

Ability to build and execute effective outreach strategies to bring on net new business and partnerships.

Motivated by achieving targets and driving revenue growth & Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Location
Remote based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in ET or CT for ease of working with global teams.

Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Total Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000
