Sr. Account Executive - Ad Agency
Location : Hybrid in Greater Los Angeles / Orange County, CA. Requires occasional travel.
Compensation : Base Salary $120,000 - $140,000; Total Compensation $240,000 - $280,000.
Responsibilities :
Build and define sales infrastructure, playbooks, client-facing processes, and metric reporting (HubSpot) in a start‑up environment.
Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to close—on ad agencies, design firms, and creative branding networks, meeting a target quota of $1.5M.
Conduct deep‑dive product demonstrations and consult with high‑level agency stakeholders, solving media production collaboration and creative workflow bottlenecks.
Requirements :
Authentic subject‑matter expertise in the creative agency space (previous experience in an ad, design, or branding agency or extensive sales of video‑conferencing/collaboration solutions to agency networks).
Proven full‑cycle closing experience with a track record of quota attainment.
Comfortable with an entrepreneurial environment and limited built‑in systems.
