Responsibilities
Respond to and manage all Internet sales leads.
Check and respond to email and internet inquiries immediately.
Research available vehicles and relevant products.
Communicate effectively with Internet guests and prospects.
Keep abreast of new features and available accessories and translate their benefit to guests.
Direct guests to product information resources.
Maintain and update notes and information in a customer database.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop career skills through regular training and instruction.
Know, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Automotive sales experience is required.
Automotive Internet Sales experience is preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
A valid and active driver’s license.
Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements.
