Responsibilities

Responsible for responding to and managing all Internet sales leads;

Check and respond to email and internet inquiries immediately;

Research available vehicles and relevant products;

Communicate effectively with Internet guests and prospects;

Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translate their benefit to guests;

Direct guests to product information resources;

Maintain and update notes and information in a customer database;

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;

Develop career skills through regular training and instructions;

Know, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Automotive sales experience is required;

Automotive Internet Sales experience is preferred;

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM;

Outstanding negotiation skills;

A valid and active driver’s license;

Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to work both individually and in a team environment;

Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;
