Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on ISV business

Develop strategic plans to achieve ISV sales goals and revenue objectives

Provide accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales budget

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and provide market feedback

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage key customer relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience

Proven experience leading an ISV sales team in the Merchant Services industry

Strong understanding of sales forecasting and budget management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to create a culture of accountability and success within the sales team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning and development within the payment solutions sector

Familiarity with enhancing internal processes throughout the sales cycle

Knowledge of collaboration with product teams for aligning customer requirements
