As an
Account Executive , you are the engine of our revenue growth. You aren't just selling a service; you are selling a partnership. You will be responsible for building relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise brands (the "Challengers"), diagnosing their growth blockers, and positioning Creator Origin as the only logical solution to scale their influencer and social efforts.
You will hunt new business with sniper-like precision, but you will also nurture and expand the relationships you close, ensuring we grow wallet share as we deliver results.
How You'll Make An Impact
The Hunter (New Business):
You don’t wait for inbound. You develop and execute a targeted strategy to acquire high-potential brands. You identify the decision-makers (CMOs, VPs), uncover their pain, and close high-margin deals.
The Consultant (Solution Selling):
You don’t pitch "decks"; you pitch solutions. You lead consultative discovery conversations to align our "white-glove" rigor with their specific revenue goals.
The Farmer (Expansion):
You build trust. Once a client is landed, you work to expand the partnership, turning a single campaign into an "Always-On" retainer.
Data-Backed Rigor:
You leverage market insights and performance data to validate your recommendations. You move clients from "guessing" to "knowing."
Pipeline Discipline:
You maintain a pristine pipeline. You know exactly when a deal will close and why. No "hopium," rather accurate forecasting.
What Makes You a Good Fit
3-5+ Years of Closing Experience:
You have a proven track record of closing complex, quota-carrying deals in the marketing, media, or agency space.
The "Rolodex":
You have existing relationships with marketing leaders at Fortune 1000 or high-growth DTC brands. You know who to call on Day 1.
Creator Economy Fluency:
You understand the landscape. You know the difference between a "post" and a "program." You can talk shop with a VP of Marketing about ROAS, Whitelisting, and Affiliate impact.
High EQ & Resilience:
You handle shifting priorities with ease. You are a self-starter who doesn't need a manager looking over your shoulder to hit your number.
Collaborative Quarterback:
You know how to work with Strategy and Customer Success teams to ensure the promise you sell is the reality we deliver.
