Account Manager – Affiliate Marketing
Location: Remote Position (applicants may reside in Canada: Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal; or in the following U.S. States: Florida, Colorado, Maryland, or Virginia)

Salary : $55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager who thrives on building relationships and driving results. If you have experience managing affiliate programs in the B2B or B2C space and a track record of identifying the right partners for the right opportunities, we would love to talk.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for recruiting and managing affiliate partners, negotiating placements, monitoring program performance, and finding new partnership opportunities that drive revenue. You will work directly with clients and publishers to enhance campaign performance and grow the partner ecosystem around each program.

Major Objectives

Drive new customer acquisition and profitable sales growth.

Manage affiliate partners and optimize program performance.

Collaborate with clients on affiliate strategies aligned with their marketing goals.

Identify and activate new affiliates to boost program growth.

Handle day-to-day affiliate program management tasks.

Key Skills and Experience

2+ years of affiliate marketing management experience required.

Experience managing programs within major affiliate platforms (Awin, CJ, impact.com, etc.) required.

Strong partner recruitment and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills are a plus.

Professional fluency in French is preferred but not required.
