We are looking for a

iPhone App Marketing Specialist

to help grow a consumer iOS app through Reddit, Facebook groups, online communities, and organic social marketing.
The role is focused on creating and executing a practical marketing playbook for getting real users to download, try, and talk about the app.
You should understand how to promote an app without sounding spammy. The right person knows how to write posts that feel natural, join conversations, test different angles, and turn community engagement into app installs.
Responsibilities

Create a step-by-step marketing playbook for an iPhone app.
Research relevant Reddit communities, Facebook groups, and online communities.
Write Reddit posts, Facebook group posts, comments, replies, and DM templates.
Create a weekly posting and testing schedule.
Test different hooks, titles, messaging angles, and offers.
Promote the app naturally in communities without violating rules.
Track downloads, engagement, comments, and user feedback.
Document what works and turn it into a repeatable system.
Suggest creative ways to get early users for the app.
Help improve App Store messaging based on user reactions.
Requirements

Experience with Reddit, Facebook groups, or community marketing.
Strong copywriting and short-form writing skills.
Good understanding of internet culture and online communities.
Ability to write in a casual, human tone.
Comfortable testing different marketing ideas quickly.
Able to track results and create simple reports.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills

Experience marketing mobile apps, iPhone apps, games, or consumer apps.
Experience with App Store Optimization is a plus.
Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Discord, or influencer outreach is a plus.
Basic understanding of funnels, app installs, retention, and user feedback.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Reddit Ads, or Apple Search Ads is a plus.
