WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales and Client Engagement : Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the SLED sector. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.

Talent Solutions : Identify qualified IT applicants for MGT clients and successfully fill all orders.

Develop and Maintain Relationships : Build and sustain partnerships with state, local government, and education (SLED) clients and IT staff augmentation employees to ensure long‑term satisfaction and success.

Market Staffing Solutions : Attend conferences and industry events to promote MGT’s IT staffing capabilities and expand client networks.

Contract Management : Monitor contracts to ensure timely extensions or redeployment of IT staff members, minimizing disruptions.

Proposal Development : Assist with or lead the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related client proposals.

Operational Compliance : Assist with onboarding and offboarding for IT staff augmentation employees.

Client Support : Respond to inquiries, coordinate presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Data and Reporting : Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision‑making for client projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Strategy, Communications, or a related field.

Five (5) years or more of experience in IT staffing, human resources, operations, or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Five (5) years or more of experience with

full life‑cycle IT

recruitment or talent sourcing.

Prior experience working with state, local government, and education (SLED).

Experience in

business development

or client acquisition is a strong plus.

Prior IT staffing industry experience.

Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.

Familiarity with the RFP/RFQ process.

Understanding of local government policies and procedures.

Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and team members.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
