Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Senior Program Manager, Clinical Training & Global Programming will develop the strategy for Spring Health’s global training and programming, serve as the SME for global webinars/WellSprings, coordinate logistics for training and programming, ensure quality member experience for the global population, meet with customers to develop customized training and programming for our larger global accounts. This is a full‑time remote position seated in Europe, Middle East, or Africa. Travel will be required up to 30% of the time for in‑person trainings.

What you’ll do

Serve as the primary Project Manager for Global (Non‑US) Clinical Training and Programming

Serve as a SME on Global Clinical Training and Programming across time zones, cultures and languages

Develop and implement a sustainable Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy for continued growth

Coordinate logistics: create virtual event platforms, secure clinical providers, prepare materials, track reporting and evaluation metrics

Consult on Training and Programming planning with large Jumbo customers and partner with internal stakeholders

Collaborate with the Global team on strategy and implementation

Partner with US Program Managers to plan and coordinate training and programming

Measure training and program effectiveness

Participate in delivery or production of events, when possible

Lead planning for global programming related to events such as World Mental Health Day

Success criteria

Develop and roll out a Global Training and Programming calendar, procedures and processes for requesting and delivering clinical events worldwide

Optimize efficiency to meet customer needs in Clinical Programming and Training

Maintain customer satisfaction with training/programming, measured by average Kirkpatrick Level 1 scores above 4.5 out of 5.0

What you’ll bring

Clinical license or equivalent in your country

3‑5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning

Comprehensive knowledge of global challenges and solutions in Clinical Training and Programming

Experience analyzing complex problems and building solutions with limited information

Ability to enhance relationships with senior internal and external partners and adapt communication for diverse audiences

Strong knowledge of Program Management and data evaluation

Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom and other event platforms

Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles

Knowledge of training evaluation techniques

Effective communication with customers and internal team members

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 789,600 – 908,040 EGP. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by experience, location, internal equity and business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database to ensure competitive and fair pay.
