Connoisseur Media – Farmington/Festus is looking for a dynamic Part‑time On‑Air Programmer / Board Operator.

Location: Farmington, MO 1401 KREI Blvd.

Responsibilities

Engage with listeners via phone calls, contests, and social media.

Cover on‑air board shifts as needed.

Broadcast live from remote locations and events.

Operate the control console.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations.

Proficiency in audio editing software and broadcast equipment.

Team‑player with strong collaboration skills.

Ability to execute station events and remotes.

Strong listener interaction and public speaking skills.

Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills.

Capacity to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.

Skilled in control board operation, remote broadcasting, and related production equipment.

Creative, innovative, and strong work ethic.

Valid driver’s license and fully insured personal vehicle.

Preference

Prior broadcast industry experience.
