Hot 103 Jamz, Kansas City’s #1 for Hip Hop, R&B and Throwbacks, is seeking part-time On-Air Announcers/Board Operators. Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of college radio and/or professional on-air experience.

Qualified Candidates Should Possess The Following Qualities And Skills

Energetic and outgoing personality

Great sounding voice and strong delivery

Knowledge of and passion for urban culture and lifestyle

Strong production and excellent board operation skills

Proficient interviewing skills

Creative with callers and phone interaction

Passion for the Hip Hop and R&B music format

Excellent content creation skills with an understanding of the importance of social media

Team player with a goal-oriented mindset

Remote broadcast experience and ability to assist with sales/promotional opportunities

Strong writing and public speaking skills

Community-oriented attitude

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, coachable, and ability to follow directions

Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
