Role Overview
The company is seeking a highly skilled

Brand Motion Designer & Video Editor

to bring motion and video into brand storytelling.

This role is responsible for transforming static design into dynamic visual experiences across social media, websites, and brand content. You will work across multiple brands, ensuring each maintains a distinct and cohesive identity.

This is a hands‑on creative role within a small, high‑performance team that values speed, quality, and strong creative judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and select high‑quality footage from large content libraries

Edit short‑form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for social media

Design and animate motion graphics (kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions)

Develop motion concepts for websites, story sets, and brand films

Create moodboards, visual treatments, and motion references

Curate music, sound design, and voiceover aligned with each brand identity

Edit English‑language talking‑head content with strong pacing and rhythm

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Topaz) to enhance production

Manage versioning and delivery through collaboration tools

Collaborate closely with the design team to integrate motion into broader brand systems

Participate in daily team check‑ins and manage workload independently

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating

editorial taste and high‑end visual storytelling

Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition

Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)

High attention to detail and strong execution mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with

3D tools

(Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini)

Knowledge of

AI creative tools

for video and motion

Color grading experience (DaVinci Resolve or similar)

Experience with web motion (Lottie, motion for websites)

Background working with luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

Success in This Role

Demonstrates strong creative judgment in footage, sound, and pacing

Builds compelling visual concepts that excite both team and clients

Maintains high output without compromising quality

Contributes to how brands feel and move, not just how they look

Not a filming/shooting role (footage is provided)
