Personal Lines Account Manager

This position requires being onsite at the Thomasville, GA office.

King Risk Partners, LLC is growing and seeking an exceptional individual with proven discipline, drive to advance and commitment to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be sales and service focused, team-oriented, self‑motivated, resourceful, detail‑oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on the most complex accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of Insurance business.

Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.

Collect and analyze client information.

Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.

Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.

Achieve established sales goals.

Provide marketing expertise.

Provide networking opportunities.

All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Required

Active property and casualty license.

2 – 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience.

Experience cross‑selling and upselling.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Insurance sales experience.
