
Social Content Creator and Video Editor

Overview What you will be doing:
Edit short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts ranging from lo-fi, UGC-style, and polished cuts alike.
Design static and motion-based social assets (Stories, carousels, paid units) tailored to feel native to each platform.
Concept and execute content independently, with the ability to take a brief and bring it to life.
Stay on top of emerging social trends by proactively identifying relevant formats, sounds, and moments that make sense for our brands.
Adapt to multiple brand voices simultaneously, adjusting creative style and tone to fit each client’s identity.
Provide support for influencer content initiatives by offering light creative direction, resizing assets, and repurposing content across channels.
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience creating content for brands (agency experience is a plus)
Advanced video editing skills in platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
Strong graphic design capabilities with experience using Figma, Canva Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Understanding how content behaves differently on each
Demonstrated ability to create engaging social-first content, including branded campaigns, lo-fi video, trend-responsive creative, and high-performing digital assets
A portfolio that showcases a wide range of creative work and measurable audience engagement or content performance
Strong creative instincts and the ability to execute projects quickly and independently from brief to final delivery
Nice to Have Experience developing paid social creative and an understanding of what makes a thumb-stopping ad
Familiarity working with influencer creators and repurposing user-generated content (UGC) effectively
Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or B2B brands
Light motion graphics or Adobe After Effects experience
