Risora is a mobile application for developing human potential. We digitize the personality of a person and select a unique development path for them, where transformation becomes a gaming experience.
We use AI and gamification to turn knowledge about oneself into daily practice and make personality your most powerful advantage.
What you will be doing:
Create visual concepts based on briefs from marketing.
Prepare video creatives for Meta and TikTok that engage the user.
Work in liaison with marketing, brainstorm, and think about how to improve existing videos for better results.
Test new effects, software, and plugins, optimize workflows through templates.
Monitor competitors and global trends to keep our visuals always relevant.
Compile results of advertising campaigns and performance of creatives and build hypotheses based on data.
We are looking for you if you have:
At least 2 years of commercial experience.
Proficient skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a significant advantage.
Experience working with AI tools (Midjourney, Elevenlabs, Runway, Sora, etc.).
Understanding of plugins (Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer, etc.).
Foundation: knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography.
Creative thinking focused on business objectives.
Soft skills: ability to quickly find common ground with the team and adequately assess your timing.
Video editing skills (knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus).
