Motion Designer Opportunity At Risora

Risora is a mobile application for developing human potential. We digitize the personality of a person and select a unique development path for them, where transformation becomes a gaming experience.
We use AI and gamification to turn knowledge about oneself into daily practice and make personality your most powerful advantage.
What you will be doing:
Creating visual concepts based on briefs from marketing.
Preparing video creatives for Meta and TikTok that engage the user.
Collaborating with marketing, brainstorming, and thinking about how to improve existing videos for better results.
Testing new effects, software, and plugins, optimizing workflows through templates.
Monitoring competitors and global trends to keep our visuals always relevant.
Assembling results of advertising campaigns and performance of creatives and building hypotheses based on data.
We are looking for someone with:
At least 2 years of commercial experience.
Proficient skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a significant advantage.
Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Elevenlabs, Runway, Sora, etc.).
Understanding of plugins (Motion Bro, Trapcode Suite, Animation Composer, etc.).
Foundation: knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography.
Creative thinking focused on business objectives.
Soft skills: ability to quickly find common ground with the team and adequately assess your timing.
Video editing skills (knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus).
