Key Responsibilities

Create cadenced communications for the business operations community, including selecting communication tools, developing content, hosting quarterly all-hands meetings, and planning events that strengthen collaboration across decentralized teams
Own and maintain tools that support execution for the business operations function, including SharePoint
Design, develop, and deploy operational improvement initiatives that drive rigor and scalability across the business
Establish process controls, governance models, and system improvements to sustain operational changes
Influence and drive key decisions related to operational initiatives and programs
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT teams to scope and deliver business solutions
Lead program management activities for operational initiatives and large-scale transformation programs aligned with industry best practices

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
8-10 years of experience driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to operational execution
Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and change management programs
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Ability to solve complex business problems and execute in ambiguous environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
MBA or equivalent strongly preferred

Compensation

Pay Rate: $130.00 to $140.85 per hour
