You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT to scope and deliver high-quality business solutions. This is an Onsite or Remote role where you will influence large-scale transformational programs and cadence communications across the operations community.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamCreate cadenced communications to the business operations community, select tools, develop content, and host quarterly All Hands and other events to build community and impactOwn and maintain execution tools (e.g., SharePoint) that serve as the backbone of the business operations functionDesign, develop, and deploy operational improvement initiatives (for example, executive actions tracking tools)Identify and implement process/system controls and governance to sustain changesInfluence and drive key project decisions and ensure adoption of solutionsDrive program management for key operational initiatives and large-scale transformational programsPartner cross-functionally to envision, scope, and deliver business solutionsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleStrong understanding of business process improvement methodologies8-10 years of demonstrated success driving operational excellence in fast-paced environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent (required)Proven business acumen and ability to connect strategy to functional and operational improvementsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and deliver complex workChange management experience with tenacity to drive adoption to closureHigh attention to detail and familiarity with operational data analysis methodologies and toolsHere's What Else Might Help You OutMBA or equivalent (strongly preferred)Pay Range$112.68 - $140.85/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
