We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.Marketing Automation SpecialistWe're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to start immediately!Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToBuild and deploy simple drip or nurture email campaignsMaintain subscriber lists/databases; ensure data hygiene (removing duplicates, ensuring proper tags)Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters)Monitor automation performance metrics: open rates, click-through, conversion in simple flowsTroubleshoot basic issues such as broken links in emails, automation not firing as expectedCoordinate with design/content team for email templates / landing page assetsDesign and manage full customer lifecycle automation programs (welcome sequences, retention, upsell, reactivation)Implement and optimize drip / triggered flows based on user behavior or lifecycle stageIntegrate CRM or customer data platforms with other tools (web tracking, events)Analyze performance of automation programs; recommend improvements such as improved segmentation, personalizationTrain or guide junior staff or interns on best automation practicesOwnership of automation documentation: SOPs, monitoring dashboardsDefine the automation / martech roadmap for the company: what new tools, integrations, or processes are neededDesign and oversee predictive workflows such as lead scoring and propensity modellingEnsure data infrastructure is robust (data accuracy, integration, real-time events)Mentor/lead a team of automation / operations specialistsLead cross-departmental projects such as personalization across email, web, app; automation of retention, loyalty programsRegular auditing and optimization of workflows, with strong metrics tied to ROI (revenue uplift, cost savings)QualificationsBachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketingProven content writing or copywriting experienceWorking knowledge of content management systemsExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)Solid organizational and time-management skillsKnowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web designExperience or proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design softwareCompelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projectsAble to work on a graveyard shiftTechnical RequirementsUSB headset with noise-cancellation featureWorking webcamComputer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAMMain Internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connectionBackup Internet service speed: at least 10 MbpsSpecific RequirementsHubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, PardotCRM platforms such as SalesforceMarketing automation / workflow tools such as Zapier, webhooksProject management toolsIntegration / tag manager toolsReporting / dashboards (e.g., Tableau, internal dashboards)BenefitsHealth insurance (HMO)Performance incentivesJob security and stabilityPaid trainingInclusive cultureUpskilling opportunities100% work-from-homeExceptionally supportive teamOpportunities for career growthFun work environmentHoliday & overtime paySchedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)Location: This is a remote jobJ-18808-Ljbffr
