We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Director of Branding & Marketing to lead the design, development, and company-wide implementation of our marketing strategy for a leading behavioral health ecosystem operating at the intersection of medical-legal, psychological, and healthcare services.
This individual will be responsible for shaping and scaling our brand across multiple divisions while driving growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, partnerships, and provider recruitment, requiring both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has experience marketing complex healthcare services — preferably within behavioral health, medical-legal, healthcare services, or provider network environments — and is fluent in modern marketing tools including AI-driven platforms, CRM and automation systems, analytics tools, digital growth strategies, and emerging content channels.
What You’ll Drive
- Lead company-wide branding, growth marketing, and market expansion initiatives across multiple divisions and service lines
- Develop scalable, multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, content, SEO, social media, PR, partnerships, and emerging platforms
- Build innovative provider recruitment marketing campaigns designed to attract high-quality clinical talent nationally
- Develop go-to-market strategies that support regional and national expansion efforts
- Partner closely with executive leadership on long-term brand positioning, growth strategy, and organizational visibility
- Utilize AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics to drive measurable growth and operational scalability
- Identify and implement emerging marketing technologies, content channels, and growth opportunities
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Proven success building and executing multi-channel marketing and growth strategies
- Experience within behavioral health, healthcare services, medical-legal, or related healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to market effectively to both B2B and B2C audiences
- Experience recruiting providers or professionals through marketing initiatives strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand development, demand generation, and growth strategy
- Experience scaling marketing efforts regionally and nationally
- Proficiency with AI marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing technology
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
