Brand Assistant

Classification: Non-Exempt

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative brand assistant! This role offers a high-touch opportunityto assist with all things LA RELAXED. Must know Shopify.

INVENTORY AND SORTING

Help manage our Shopify backend including inventory updates, app integration, and uploading new products.

Assist with inventory control, verification of stock, perform physical counts on items.

Assist with hand tagging and identifying items.

Overse sorting merchandise into appropriate warehouse location.

Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high.

Learn our product and become familar with core styles and fabrics.

PRODUCT and ORDERS

Prepare orders to be fulfilled, pulling items, preparing orders, and placing orders in the shipping area as needed during high volume time periods.

Assist with expediting any special PRshipments.

Understandhigh orderpacking standards and quality control.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Help answer customer queries regarding order status, returns, and shipping questions.

Process returns and exchanges through our returns software.

MISCELLANEOUS

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (labeling samples, cataloguetrim/raw materials, pull photo samples for shoots.

Assist Customer Care with sales events.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
