We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Manager to join our growing Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in client engagement and sales conversion, and experienced in recommending suitable aesthetic or surgical treatment plans based on clients’ concerns and goals. In this role you will guide clients through their aesthetic journey while working closely with doctors and clinic operations to deliver an excellent patient experience and achieve sales performance targets.

Client Consultation & Sales

Conduct professional face‑to‑face consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, goals and expectations.

Recommend suitable aesthetic and plastic surgery treatments in alignment with clients’ needs and doctors’ professional advice.

Build strong rapport and long‑term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow‑up care.

Explain treatment procedures, pricing, packages, financing options and post‑treatment care confidently and professionally.

Follow up closely with leads, consultations, appointments and treatment progress to improve conversion and retention.

Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through effective consultation and customer relationship management.

Upsell and cross‑sell suitable treatments, skincare and programmes where appropriate.

Clinic Operations & Patient Care

Coordinate and manage patients’ treatment journey from consultation to post‑treatment follow‑up.

Support doctors during consultations and procedures when required.

Work closely with physicians and clinic team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and high service standards.

Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, patient registration, enquiries, billing and payment collection.

Documentation, Compliance & Safety

Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes and documentation.

Ensure strict adherence to clinic protocols, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Comply with Singapore healthcare regulations and Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in training, product knowledge sessions, sales coaching and continuous learning initiatives.

Keep updated on aesthetic industry trends, treatments and customer engagement strategies.

Support ad‑hoc operational and marketing activities assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, healthcare or a related industry.

Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, plastic surgery, medispa or healthcare sales is an added advantage.

Proven sales track record with strong closing and customer relationship skills.

Passionate about aesthetics, beauty and customer service.
