Aladdin Functional Consultant

Responsible for driving the functional implementation, enhancement, and support of the BlackRock Aladdin platform across front, middle, and back‑office operations. Partners with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, design target‑state workflows, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to investment management and risk objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

Configuring and supporting Aladdin workflows, data, and operational processes

Supporting portfolio management, trading, compliance, risk, accounting, and reporting functions

Coordinating testing activities including UAT and defect resolution

Driving process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives

Managing stakeholder communication across business and technology teams

Supporting platform migrations, onboarding, and transformation programs

Ideal candidates should have experience in asset management or capital markets, strong understanding of investment operations and data flows, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional platform solutions.

Experience with Aladdin modules, data integration, reconciliation, and operating model transformation is preferred.
