Client Engagement & Requirement Understanding

Interface directly with business stakeholders to understand product lifecycle management (PLM) needs.

Conduct discussions and requirement elicitation sessions.

Translate business requirements into functional solution approaches.

Functional Solutioning

Analyze and define functional requirements across 3DX modules such as 3DX PLM (BOM Management, Change Management, Collaboration, NetVibes, Delmia).

Product Configuration & Variant Management.

Document / Knowledge Management.

Project & Program Management.

Propose high‑level solution design and approach aligned with business objectives.

Process Mapping & Optimization

Map current‑state processes and define future‑state workflows.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and PLM optimization.

Solution Design Support

Work with technical teams to translate functional designs into implementable solutions.

Provide inputs into integration design with enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.).

Validate solution alignment with business needs.

Stakeholder Communication

Prepare and present solution concepts, options, and recommendations.

Facilitate alignment between business and IT teams.

Implementation Support

Provide functional guidance during implementation lifecycle.

Compensation & Benefits
$74,000 – $104,000 per year.
