Escape Room Gamemaster

The North Valley Escape Room in Anthem, AZ is looking for new Gamemasters to join our 20 person strong team! We are located at 42302 N Vision Way.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, outgoing, and reliable person.
Responsibilities

Game Facilitation

: Guide and assist players in understanding the game rules, objectives, and mechanics to ensure a smooth experience.
Monitoring Gameplay

: Be attentive in observing players through cameras, ensuring they are engaged and on track, providing hints swiftly as needed to provide the best in game experience for the customers.
Maintenance of Game Rooms

: Regularly check and maintain the escape room setups, ensuring all props, puzzles, and technology are in working order.
Customer Service

: Provide excellent customer service, greeting players upon arrival, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Safety Oversight

: Ensure player safety throughout the game, being prepared to intervene if necessary and managing emergency situations.
Game Setup and Reset

: Set up the game before players arrive and reset the room after each session to ensure a consistent experience for all groups.
Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other staff members, including management and other Gamemasters, to ensure smooth operations and share best practices.
Events

: Occasionally help host large events/teambuilders that come through during the weekdays.
Qualifications

At least 16 years of age
Excellent communication skills
Friendly & Outgoing
Excellent problem-solving skills
Open availability / Flexible schedule (Especially Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
