Territory Account Specialist – Health & Medical Supplies
Our client is seeking a driven
Territory Account Specialist
to grow their Incontinence (INCO) business across Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities. This role focuses on
prospecting new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and driving sales growth
within an assigned territory. 3 territories open: West coast, based in LA or San Diego areas, Eastern, based in Pittsburgh, PA and Midwest, based in St. Louis, MO.
What You’ll Do
Identify and convert new business while maintaining existing accounts
Build strong relationships with healthcare facilities, distributors, and partners
Collaborate with regional teams to onboard new accounts and expand product adoption
Drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic pricing initiatives
Represent our client at trade shows and customer meetings
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in sales/account management (healthcare preferred)
Proven success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to do weekly overnight travel
