What you will do

Open doors and earn trust with hiring leaders across Professional, Technology, and INFRAstructure. Build and manage a personal book of business. Land new accounts and expand existing ones. Run the full commercial cycle from prospecting and first meetings through scoping, proposing, closing, and account growth. Partner with Lloyd recruiters to deliver fast shortlists and keep clients updated with clear next steps. Use simple scorecards and CRM discipline to manage pipeline, forecast gross profit, and hit monthly targets. Show up for clients at meetings, industry events, and online. LinkedIn presence matters.

2-6yrs + in business-to-business sales.
Staffing or search is ideal, strong closers from adjacent industries are welcome.
Proof that you can open new logos and expand accounts.
Comfort speaking with Operations, Finance, and IT or Engineering leaders.
Clear writing, crisp meetings, and reliable CRM habits.
Competitive, collaborative, and coachable.
Compensation

Base salary with uncapped commission and bonuses.
$50,000 - $70,000
