The Role

As a Lead Recruiter, you will balance your proven ability to build and run a desk with the development and growth of a team below you, while leading that team to meet and exceed their targets as well.

You will be developing new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities across our specialisms and locations.

You will be implementing effective approaches and sales techniques to generate new business relationships and manage each process efficiently.

You will lead by example by expertly identifying and approaching candidates, both active and passive, and manage the process from initial conversation to closing the candidate on offers.

You will be establishing a network of both candidates and clients in the market to create long-lasting relationships and generate other business opportunities.

About You

You have experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency.

Proven experience with generating new business, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, candidate management, negotiations, and closing deals.

You enjoy working in a close-knit team, have a positive mindset, and have a work hard play hard mentality.
