Role Description

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

Engage directly with customers to introduce products, explain value, and build relationships that lead to sales opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns

Help analyze market trends and track the performance of marketing efforts

Participate in internal training programs designed to develop future leaders

What We’re Looking For:

No experience required

Strong communication and organizational skills

A proactive and self-motivated attitude

A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years of age

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis

Strategic thinking skills coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a team environment and engage effectively
