Davies Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-entity organization to identify a dynamic AVP of Marketing & Communications who will lead enterprise-wide strategy and execution at the highest level. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership over brand, marketing, and communications across multiple business lines.
About the Role
- Location: Sarasota, FL (On-Site, 5 Days/Week | Occasional Travel to Orlando)
- Salary: $160,000 – $175,000
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise marketing strategy aligned to growth and expansion goals
- Own brand architecture and governance across multiple companies and products
- Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and market expansion
- Partner with executive leadership to influence business strategy and positioning
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing & communications team
- Oversee digital, content, and multi-channel strategy
- Deliver data-driven insights and performance metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or communications
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in GTM strategy, product marketing, and brand leadership
- Experience in insurance, MGA, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence at the C-suite level
- Track record of driving growth, market expansion, and revenue impact
