Content Producer

Support Lubbock ISD TV's mission of training high school students and spotlighting the districts assets through various forms of media.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in media, broadcast journalism, convergent media, or other related fields preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills: Broadcast journalism, creative writing, and producing content for social media. Shooting and editing stories, knowledge of producing live events. Knowledge of Adobe Creative software.
Experience: Experience working in a TV station, advertising agency, K-12 or college setting, or other video creation setting is preferred. A demo reel will be required.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Produce district promotional content
Produce content for Lubbock ISD-TV
Produce content for the Communications and Community Relations Department
Televise board meetings
Live production producer
Duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress. Occasional prolonged or irregular hours. Working outside at times in cold and heat.
