Executive Director of Marketing
The Executive Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and overall brand management of Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities include providing overall strategic casino marketing direction, pioneering and implementing measurable marketing strategies, strengthening the Golden Nugget brand's unique and compelling image, establishing best-in-class social, digital, and web presence, building and retaining guest relations, mentoring team members, hiring, motivating, evaluating and directing departmental managers and staff, establishing operating department standards, guidelines and objectives, directing long and short-term planning for all functions of the marketing departments, overseeing and developing all property promotions and special events, approving, implementing and evaluating comp policies, campaigns, programs, entertainment activities and all other marketing expenditures, developing and monitoring research and survey activities, coordinating database management functions including guest ratings and direct marketing activities, responsible for the development and execution of creative and promotional solutions in response to competitive issues and problems, monitoring and evaluating all reporting departments, attending and participating in off property functions and events as assigned, attending and participating in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned, performing work regularly and predictably, attending seminars when needed, and other duties as assigned.
