Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented

Internal Communications Specialist

to support the execution of internal communications across the organization. This role focuses on

content creation, editing, publishing, and performance tracking

across multiple communication channels.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with excellent writing skills, capable of translating business updates into engaging content that informs and connects employees. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and impactful communications.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
Write, edit, and publish

internal communications content

across multiple channels, including intranet platforms, Viva Engage, and email communications
Develop clear, engaging messaging that supports

business updates, initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
Support storytelling initiatives that highlight

company culture, values, and employee experiences

Communications Strategy & Campaigns
Assist in developing and executing

internal communication plans and campaigns

aligned with business priorities
Partner with leadership and corporate functions to

deliver consistent and effective messaging
Support communication initiatives that reinforce company values and organizational goals

Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross‑functional teams to

gather content, align on messaging objectives, and ensure accuracy
Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders and communications teams
Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective internal communication practices

Events & Engagement
Support internal events such as

executive town halls, employee engagement sessions, and company‑wide announcements
Assist with event communications, content preparation, and follow‑up activities

Reporting & Operations
Maintain content calendars to ensure

timely and consistent communications delivery
Monitor engagement metrics (e.g., views, clicks, participation) and support

performance reporting and insights
Continuously identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and reach

Required Qualifications
3–4 years of experience

in internal communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
Strong

writing, editing, and storytelling skills

with a high level of attention to detail
Experience working with

internal communication tools

(e.g., intranet platforms, Viva Engage, email distribution tools)
Proven ability to manage

multiple priorities and deadlines

in a fast‑paced environment
Strong

stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both

independently and collaboratively

Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience supporting

enterprise‑level internal communications
Exposure to

communications analytics and reporting
Experience with employee engagement or culture programs
