This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and leading a high-performing team focused on complex commercial accounts./ppThe ideal candidate brings strongdeep expertise in commercial insurance/strong, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and a proven ability to grow profitable books of business in competitive environments./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead all sales and revenue-generating activities for large commercial insurance accounts/liliDevelop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable growth within commercial lines/liliAnalyze market trends, carrier relationships, and product offerings to identify growth opportunities/liliPartner with marketing to enhance qualified lead generation specific to commercial insurance/liliEstablish, track, and optimize sales KPIs; provide hands-on coaching to elevate team performance/liliOwn budgeting, forecasting, and full PL accountability for the division/liliCollaborate with executive leadership on long-term expansion and operational efficiency strategies/liliRecruit, mentor, and develop top commercial insurance sales talent/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ullistrong5+ years of leadership experience specifically within commercial insurance (required)/strong/liliDemonstrated success managing and growing commercial accounts/liliActive General Lines Property Casualty (PC) license (required)/liliStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting, and carrier relationships/liliProven experience creating, analyzing, and presenting sales analytics to drive strategic decisions, performance management, and revenue growth/liliProven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a competitive market/liliExperience leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams/li/ulh3Additional Requirements/h3ulliAbility to work in-office in the Dallas, TX area/liliMinimum travel
