YOUR ROLE


We are hiring a Director, Integrated Investment in a full‑time temporary role through August (benefits eligible). As a champion of media investment, the Director is responsible for delivering innovation and excellence in work. The Director’s responsibilities include oversight of client media investment across the following channel hierarchy:



  • Video/CTV

  • Display

  • Local TV/Audio

  • OOH/Print

  • Ad Ops

  • Programmatic

  • Search

  • Social


Key responsibilities:



  • Engage in Enterprise Partnership Program (EPP)

  • Act as the Lead Agency Negotiator, advocate client voice & identify potential new business opportunities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, account teams, and investment leadership

  • Lead the One Marketplace team across direct buys, biddable, offline, and procurement, ensuring a cohesive media investment approach

  • Steward the investment product delivered to each client, providing strategic leadership based on an in‑depth understanding of each client’s business, target consumer, and category dynamics

  • Ensure all media channels are aligned and optimized for best pricing and performance

  • Develop internal processes that enable cross‑channel investment execution on time and inside budget

  • Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to Crossmedia’s values of integrity and client focus

  • Serve as a mentor and champion continuous learning for team members

  • Create and maintain an overall strategic investment roadmap, nurture media partnerships, and drive innovation and industry insight

  • Negotiate and create effective deals, buying solutions, and joint business plans for clients

  • Stay current on privacy regulations, channel trends, new technology, and marketplace offerings

  • Maintain close partnership with Planning and other departments to produce the best media plans and insights for clients

REQUIREMENTS



  • 6+ years of experience in media investment and campaign management

  • Thorough understanding of the evolving media landscape

  • Experience providing strategic leadership grounded in deep client knowledge

  • Ability to deliver advanced media products that reflect a holistic understanding of advertising and media

  • Liaison experience with partner agencies, vendors, and in‑house client strategy/creative teams

  • Deep knowledge of media markets and rates to negotiate cost‑efficient, high‑impact placements that drive ROI

  • Strong relationships with media partners to unlock premium inventory, added value, and early access to innovative opportunities

  • Data‑driven insight and strategic packaging for compelling negotiation points aligned with campaign goals

  • Team management skills: mentoring, performance reviews, fair workload distribution, and rotation

  • Involvement in new business development

  • Strong listening skills and openness to collaborative thinking

Salary range: $100k – $145k annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
