Position Details
Wellington Exempted Village Schools (Lorain County) seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead our Wellington High School drama club and direct a maximum of two performances per year. The club is expected to meet a minimum of one time per month in addition to preparing for performance(s).

Essential Qualifications

Valid or pending Ohio Pupil Activity Permit

Experience in theater and performing arts

Valid FBI and BCI background checks

Ability to work outside of school hours

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of stage design and theater technology

Teaching experience

Experience with collaboration between boosters and community members

Position Start Date and Compensation Details

Position starts at the beginning of the 2026-27 school year

Compensation ranges from $3,950 - $5,250 per year with one performance (based on experience)

Compensation ranges from $6,430 - $8,270 per year with two performances (based on experience)
