Account Executive | Build Relationships. Drive Sales. Power Events.

LMG is seeking an Account Executive to support live event productions at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on developing client relationships, building event solutions, and delivering exceptional audiovisual experiences for corporate meetings, conventions, and large-scale productions.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing event planning, proposal development, and technical coordination from concept through execution.

Client Engagement

– Build strong client relationships while understanding event goals, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements

Proposal Development

– Develop and review proposals, quotes, and event documentation for client presentations

Relationship Management

– Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction

Event Logistics Coordination

– Conduct venue walkthroughs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate production logistics

Contract & Billing Support

– Manage contracts, deposits, invoicing details, and billing documentation

Equipment Coordination

– Partner with logistics and technical teams to confirm equipment availability and event readiness

Show Readiness

– Review event details and warehouse preparation to ensure complete and accurate execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work closely with operations, technical services, show services, and accounting teams

Client Solutions

– Provide creative and technical recommendations that align with client expectations and event objectives

Post-Event Follow-Up

– Support client debriefs, feedback discussions, and future business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Experience in account management, sales, live events, audiovisual production, or related industries.

Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Technical understanding of audiovisual equipment and event production workflows preferred.

Experience working with event logistics, labor coordination, and production planning preferred.

Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across multiple departments.

Passion for live events, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences.
