A specialty pharma company is looking for an experienced sales leader to manage and grow a team of dermatology sales reps across the state of Florida.

The clinical model is differentiated and gaining real traction with prescribers. The company is in an active growth phase,and managers coming in now are stepping into roles with P&L impact and direct visibility with senior leadership. This is a field-first culture — the expectation is that you're out with your team, coaching in real time, and driving performance through presence and accountability, not just reporting.

What they're looking for:

5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing field teams in pharma, dermatology, or medical device

Proven track record of exceeding targets and developing talent from the ground up

Strong command of forecasting, CRM, pipeline management, and KPI accountability

Ability to identify skill gaps, build development plans, and execute on them

Hands-on leadership style with the strategic instincts to match

Bachelor's degree required; valid driver's license with clean record

Compensation: Base salary negotiable | $300K at plan (uncapped) | $750/mo car allowance | gas & expenses | laptop & cell | 401(k) | stock options | full benefits
