Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive staff recruitment strategy
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define role requirements
Draft/post job postings across multiple platforms
Design and launch engaging social media and career site campaigns to attract candidates
Oversee the full recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, compensation discussions, offer preparation, and onboarding
Guide hiring teams on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation methods
Manage ATS to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process
Support the Director of Recruiting on attorney hiring initiatives and special projects
Represent the Firm at job fairs and career-related events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PRC) strongly preferred
At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience required; background with Am Law 100/200 firms is a plus
Experience recruiting within professional services environments or agency settings is highly desirable
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and similar tools a must
