Job Summary
Greenbox Loans is seeking

experienced Wholesale Account Executives (AEs)

to expand broker relationships and drive production in the

Non-QM mortgage space .

This role is designed for high-performing professionals with a proven track record in

wholesale lending and broker development , specifically those experienced in

Non-QM products . You’ll work with mortgage brokers to structure and close loans using

flexible, exception-based solutions

that go beyond traditional lending guidelines.

$3M–$5M+ per month

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage relationships with

mortgage brokers and correspondents

Source and structure

Non-QM loan opportunities

Present loan scenarios and provide

creative financing solutions

Guide brokers through

submission, underwriting, and closing

Maintain consistent pipeline activity and

meet monthly funding goals

Partner with internal teams to ensure

smooth and timely closings

What We’re Looking For
Required

Minimum

2+ years of Non-QM wholesale AE experience

Proven track record of

$3M–$5M+ monthly funded volume

Strong knowledge of

Non-QM products and guidelines

Established broker relationships and ability to

self-source business
