Position Summary
CROSBY by Mollie Burch is seeking a Content & Marketing Specialist to lead content creation, social media execution, and community engagement across digital platforms.

This role will focus on producing high-quality photo and video content, editing assets for social and marketing use, and building a strong, engaged brand presence across channels. You will play a key role in bringing the brand to life through content and connecting with our community.

This is a highly cross‑functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, content, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Execute daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

Develop and maintain the social content calendar

Write engaging, on‑brand captions and messaging

Stay on top of trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement

Community Management

Manage DMs and comments across social platforms

Engage with followers to build relationships and brand loyalty

Identify opportunities to deepen community engagement and conversation

Content Creation & Video Production

Capture photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and website use

Edit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms

Produce content on a consistent basis, including in‑office and on‑location shoots

Ensure all content aligns with brand aesthetic and campaign direction

Photoshoot + Content Styling

Own styling coordination for all photoshoots in partnership with the CEO's creative direction

Select and organize product pulls for shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign needs and brand storytelling

Manage ordering, tracking, and returns of all product used in shoots

Support on‑set needs to ensure styling execution aligns with brand vision

Influencer Relations

Lead the planning and execution of influencer gifting initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement

Identify and build relationships with influencers who align with brand values, aesthetic, and target audience

Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns including outreach, product coordination, shipping, tracking, and performance reporting

Maintain and grow an organized influencer pipeline, ensuring consistent activation and follow‑up

Reporting

Track and report on social media performance, content engagement, and influencer activations

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and campaign performance

Partner with the broader marketing team to align reporting with overall business goals

Copywriting

Own all brand copywriting across email, SMS, website, social, and ad hoc marketing projects

Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels while adapting messaging for performance and platform

Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate campaign direction into clear, compelling copy

Content & Creative Coordination

Partner with internal team and content creators to ensure assets align with campaign needs

Brief content for shoots, email, and digital marketing use

Support photoshoot planning and ensure content captured aligns with marketing objectives

Work cross‑functionally to align content across email, ecommerce, and social

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing

Experience with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Comfortable being hands‑on with content capture and production

Strong communication and organizational skills

Creative, hands‑on content producer who loves storytelling through video and imagery

Strong writing and copywriting skills with an understanding of brand voice and an eye for proofreading and grammar

Proactive self‑starter who can move quickly and execute ideas

Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
