ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Day to Day Artist Manager for a full-time, in-person day to day management role supporting a female recording artist based in Los Angeles. This role requires deep music industry knowledge, strong touring and campaign experience, and the ability to operate at the highest level of discretion.

Regular Tasks for This Role

Working closely with the clients full team to ensure the smooth completion of micro and macro goals

Serving as the primary contact for all day to day needs and acting as the link between the Lead Manager, the artist and the outside world

Managing daily logistics while helping carry forward the artist’s bigger-picture vision

Bringing organization, discretion and creative awareness to touring operations, marketing initiatives, digital strategy and external partnerships

Heavy coordination of complex calendars, schedules, logistics and deadlinesthroughout all business streams and across multiple time zones

Being a calendar gatekeeper and general deputy of time, fielding internal and external scheduling requests and providing recommendations that are aligned with executives’ and teams’ priorities.

Booking travel, transportation and accommodations

Communicating consistently, clearly and frequently with client as well as other members of the team

Coordinate closely with touring, marketing, label, digital, publicity and external partner teams

Advance shows and build detailed travel itineraries and day sheets

Handling highly confidential and/or sensitive matters with discretion and tact.

Assisting client and the team with completing and delivering promotional requests

Translate creative ideas into executable strategies and operational plans

Create and monitor budgets for artist activities

Manage artist website and social media updates

Create and maintain key internal and external documents, including decks, one-sheets, budgets and timelines

Acting as one of the key management representatives for client on locationincluding promotional activities, photo shoots, tv shoots, tour dates and events.

Liaising with clients stylist and glam team on all styling and glam requirements for shows, promo and events

Knowing how to prioritize and multitask against multiple projects and deadlines while having a strong attention to detail and care for the quality of execution

Assist in planning and implementing the details of a global music campaigns such as release schedules, promotions, social strategy, press, touring, etc)

Act as a trusted sounding board and strategic thought partner to the artist

Skills/Experience/Education

Previous experience working within artist management is required

3-5 years experience in the music industry

Clear understanding of global touring operations and campaign rollouts

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever evolving environment

Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Strong experience traveling domestically and internationally

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite and various other project management tools and digital marketing platforms

Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is a bonus

Strong Critical Thinking

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $90-100k depending on experience
