** About the Role **

Our New Business team is at the forefront of Bluewater’s growth, identifying and developing new client opportunities while shaping how our solutions are brought to market.

As a Sales Account Executive (internally titled New Business Associate), you will play a key role in supporting and accelerating this growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation and sales strategy to proposal development and client onboarding.

** What You’ll Do **

Sales & Business Development Support

Manage and track leads through the full sales pipeline, from initial qualification to onboarding

Support proposal development, including research, strategy input, and presentation creation

Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of pipeline activity and progress

Events & Conferences

Assist in planning trade show and conference attendance, including logistics, outreach, and scheduling

Identify, engage, and schedule meetings with prospective clients before and during events

Operations & Process Improvement

Support day-to-day new business operations and administrative tasks

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline processes across the sales cycle

Administrative Support

Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics

Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations

Handle incoming communications, directing inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up

Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation for sales and operations activities

Support data entry and ensure accuracy across CRM and internal tracking systems

Provide general administrative support to leadership and the team

** What You’ll Bring **

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)

1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to learn and grow
