Senior Director, Global Segment Marketing Manager – Wealth Intermediaries & Banks/Broker-Dealers Marketing

Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the wealth intermediary, bank and broker‑dealer segments, aligning with the firm’s overall business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, sales, and relationship teams to develop a unified go‑to‑market approach.
- Client Acquisition & Retention
- Lead the development of tailored messaging and value propositions that resonate with different constituents within the segment.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
- Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
- Establish and enhance the firm’s brand presence in the wealth intermediary, bank and broker‑dealer market, building credibility and awareness through white papers, webinars, industry reports, and case studies.
- Cultivate relationships with industry organizations, publications, and conferences to showcase the firm’s expertise.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of client marketing experience
- Experience with B2B and B2B2C marketing programs
- Highly analytical mindset and attention to key metrics
- Ability to run experiments and continuous testing to optimize performance
- Agile approach to growth marketing and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Overall track record of professional and academic success
- Experience in building, leading, and motivating teams within a matrixed organization
Benefits
BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs. Compensation ranges from $136,500 to $300,000 per year, plus potential commission, bonuses, and incentive packages. The role is at‑will.
