About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of E-Commerce & Marketing to lead digital commerce, performance marketing, and brand growth initiatives for a nationally recognized fashion retail brand. This role will drive online revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and omnichannel strategy while leading cross‑functional teams and reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own e‑commerce P&L and drive revenue growth
- Lead Shopify Plus optimization, CRO, UX, and merchandising
- Manage paid media, SEO, influencer, email, and SMS marketing
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and personalization strategies
- Lead brand campaigns, content strategy, and digital storytelling
- Collaborate across merchandising, retail, operations, and creative teams
- Mentor internal teams and manage agencies/vendors
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion performance
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or DTC retail
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and analytics tools
- Proven success scaling fashion, apparel, or retail brands
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in women’s fashion, plus‑size, or multicultural brands
- Omnichannel retail and retention marketing experience
