Our small, agile, entrepreneurial group is looking for an Account Manager to join the team and help us with our growing list of pharma clients.

What You’ll Do (The Role)
While our Account Directors handle the long-term strategic map, as an Account Manager, you are the engine that keeps the vehicle moving. You are the day-to-day face of Ascender to our clients and the ultimate protector of timelines, deliverables, and quality. You will:

Be the Daily Anchor: Serve as the primary, trusted day-to-day contact for our clients. When they have a question about a campaign, a timeline, or a specific deliverable, you are their first and most reliable call.

Keep the Trains Running: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple digital workstreams. You’ll know exactly where a project stands at any given moment and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Bridge Strategy and Creation: Translate client needs into clear, actionable tactical briefs. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal design, media, and production teams to bring award-winning digital solutions to life.

Streamline the Work: Look for ways to make our processes smoother and our clients happier. Because we’re a nimble shop, if you see a bottleneck, you have the autonomy to fix it.

Learn and Grow: Work hand-in-hand with an Account Director who will mentor you. You’ll get a front-row seat to high-level portfolio management, preparing you for the next step in your career.

Who You Are (The Requirements)
We’re looking for a sharp, organized account person who loves the energy of digital marketing and is ready to truly "own" their projects.

The Experience: You have 2–5 years of agency experience (likely currently acting as an Account Executive or Senior AE) managing digital campaigns and client relationships.

The Organizational Engine: You are borderline obsessive about details, deadlines, and project health. You’re the person who always has the answer before the question is even asked.

The Digital Native: You have a solid grasp of digital marketing (social, display, CTV, web/mobile workflows, and creative production). You know what it takes to get a digital project across the finish line, including navigating MLR review processes and working within Veeva to manage content submissions and approvals.

The Communicator: You can write a bulletproof brief, lead a status call with confidence, and manage client expectations with a mix of warmth and professionalism.

The "GSD" Attitude: You thrive in a boutique environment where "that’s not my job" doesn't exist. You’re eager to jump in, learn fast, and laugh along with a comedic, tight-knit team in Edison, NJ.
