Microsoft Dynamics used as primary system for marketing, sales, orders, and related operations.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a significant hiring advantage.

Experience with HubSpot , Salesforce , or Marketo is transferable to Dynamics; candidates can learn the platform.

Role focuses on B2B email marketing and lead generation.

Designs nurture programs with behavior-triggered, one-to-one emails tailored to buyer-journey stage and market.

Creates automations for markets with different sales cycles: ~1–2 weeks for parks/general entertainment and ~1 year for hospitals.

Maintains baseline programs: monthly newsletters , prospect emails, and segmented sends; email currently contributes minimally to new-prospect acquisition and funnel progression.

Applies analytics and A/B testing to inform subject lines and email calendars, collaborates with product marketing, and aims to convert email into a revenue driver .
