Work Schedule
8:00 am -5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary. This position may be eligible for telework after being onboarded and approved by the supervisor.

Primary Purpose of Position
The Coordinator of Creative Services provides design services for departments, programs, and facilities for Enrollment Management departments and key Academic Affairs partners. Responsibilities include:

Supporting the creative efforts of Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC)
Designing digital and print materials to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, as assigned
Developing and executing original design concepts
Using Adobe Creative Suite products, such as Illustrator and InDesign, to design and edit assets
Communicating with campus partners and managing projects through EPC's project management system
Assisting EPC with content creation efforts across Enrollment Management as needed
Completing professional training and career development opportunities as available

Minimum Education/Experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Job Duties
The Coordinator of Creative Services provides design services for departments, programs, and facilities for Enrollment Management departments and key Academic Affairs partners. Responsibilities include:

Supporting the creative efforts of Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC)
Designing digital and print materials to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, as assigned
Developing and executing original design concepts
Using Adobe Creative Suite products, such as Illustrator and InDesign, to design and edit assets

Assisting EPC with content creation efforts across Enrollment Management as needed
Completing professional training and career development opportunities as available
May be involved with the training and supervision of student staff and participate in various projects and committees as directed.

Other Work Responsibilities

Provides support for EPC programs and events as needed/requested
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Commitment to customer service and teamwork
Experience in higher education and/or working with students is a plus
