To support the operational processes and digital system capabilities of the Strategy & Communications team, the part-time Strategy & Communications Process & Implementation Contractor will lead governance, implement the Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IMCP) and Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP), and drive change management initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:

Design and lead operational processes for the IMCP and IEP, ensuring alignment and adherence across teams
Coordinate stakeholder onboarding and training for the rollout of digital platforms and new processes
Manage governance forums and maintain visibility of IEP development and execution, identifying risks and mitigation strategies

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree minimum required
6+ years of project/program management experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
Strong process improvement or operational excellence mindset (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
Experience implementing systems, tools, or processes, including digital platforms
